Produkt-Beschreibung
Die Ketten des legierten Stahls des Grades 80 sind sich anpassen an die Anforderungen von Standards EN818-2. Sie sind der wärmebehandelte legierte Stahl, der für hochfestes für obenliegende anhebende Anwendungen bestimmt ist. Sie werden während des gesamten Herstellungsverfahrens geprüft, und minimale Abnahmeprüfungslast ist 2mal der Arbeitsbelastungsgrenze.
Hauptmerkmale:
- Alle Schraubenstiftfesseln werden, mit Kohlenstoffstahl-Fesselbögen der hohen Qualität und Stiften des legierten Stahls gelöscht und gemildert.
- Fesseln, die Bögen alle heißes Bad sind, galvanisierten, werden Schraubenstifte gelb gemalt oder besonders angefertigt auf Anfrage.
- Erfüllt oder übersteigt alle Bedingungen von ASME B30.26-2004 und RR-C-271D.
- Beweis-Last ist 2mal der Arbeitsbelastungsgrenze. Minimales Bruchlast ist 6mal der Arbeitsbelastungsgrenze.
