Produkt-Beschreibung
Gesenksockel werden mit einer verstemmenden Maschine benutzt, um Drahtseile zu beenden. Diese Art des Sockels ist beständiger, Ermüdung im Augenblick der Verbindung zwischen dem Sockel und dem Kabel zu verdrahten, aber sie nicht immer hat so viel Bruchstärke-Leistungsfähigkeit als spelter Sockel.
Der Gesenksockel wird zum Ende eines Anschlagseils befestigt, indem man eine hydraulische Maschine und speziellen Würfel verwendet. Unser geschlossener Entwurfsgesenksockel hat ein Loch, das für einen Stift oder einen Bolzen gemacht wird.
Die Sockel werden vom hochfesten Stahl geschmiedet, während Galvanisation seine langfristige Haltbarkeit sicherstellt. Sie sind für Drahtseil mit einem Durchmesser von 1/4" bis 2" verfügbar, empfohlen für Gebrauch auf 6 x 19, 6 X.25, 6 x 37 regelmäßige gelegte Drahtseile IWRC.
Wichtige Eigenschaften:
- Referenzstandard: ASME B30.9
- Unseren Gesenk-Sockeln werden benutzt für Drahtseileigenschaft 6 x 19, 6 X.25, Bau 6 x 37 empfohlen, wenn die Spannungsstärke von MPa 1670 reicht, zu MPa 1960.
- Verstemmte Anschlüsse des Drahtseiles sollten sein durchliefen den Spannungsbeweis, der in Übereinstimmung mit den Standardanforderungen ASME B30.9 prüft.
- Maximale Beweis-Tragfähigkeit sollte sein nicht mehr als 50% von Bruchlast-Kapazität für Drahtseile, die mit hochfesterem von MPa 1960.
